Accommodation information

Check in is Available after 4pm. Departure by 9.30 am
All properties at Eton Court are self contained with their own entrance & have the following

Fully fitted kitchen with Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Tall Fridge Freezer, Oven & Hob
All cooking utensils,  The Lounge / Dinning areas all have sea views
with the first floor and Penthouse Apartments having balconies.
The lounges has LCD wall mounted flat screen digital tv,  leather sofa's. & dining room table and chairs.
Each Apartments has one bedroom with en-suite facilities and a second separate bathroom.
All Ground Floor apartments have their own private patio area off of the back bedroom, which then leads in to the garden area.
Please note the law states all accommodations are NO SMOKING.

What's Provided

Bed linen, pillows, duvet, bathmats and tea towels are provided free of charge.

Towels can be hired.
 

Garden / Patio Area

In the rear patio area there are patio tables & chairs, Anyone wishing to have a BBQ
please note we do not  allow disposables as they will damage the Patio areas.
Please bring a suitable BBQ which is up off the ground.
Chill out and relax in the large grass area and also just next to the grass is a wild life area for the wild animals etc to feed, sleep & hibernate.
At the front of the accommodation there is a grass bank above the car park.
Please note smoking is ONLY permitted on your own balcony or patio area.
All other areas are NO SMOKING, this includes
paths, car park, garden and accommodation doors.
 

Parking

At Eton Court offers parking within the car park.  We have one space per accommodation.
For any extra vehicles you will find a public car park very close by.
Your one parking permit can be found on the dinning room table for you to place in the window of your vehicle.
Any vehicles not authorised / displaying a parking permit will be ticketed.
Never park in a reserved parking space as this will result it your vehicle being ticketed whether it is authorised / displaying a parking permit or not.
